Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hotel Indigo Boston-Newton Riverside
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 5, 2013

Avoid this hotel at all costs! It is a horrible property with tiny rooms and inept staff. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I was in the area on business hoping to book a hotel close to my morning appointment, of the area hotels listed on priceline.com this was the farthest. The front desk clerk was rude to me when I came to check in, i believe because i was not paying their standard rediculassely overpriced rate. The hotel itself was nice and comfortable but not worth the aggravation of poor parking, rude staff and frankly every hotel should provide their guests with some form of breakfast. ...

Suffice it to say - if I could be guaranteed the Hotel Indigo - everytime I bid in the Boston area for a 3+ hotel - I would be very happy. Rooms are modern, clean - colors are pleasing - staff are friendly and helpful - comfortable atmosphere - I did not eat at the restaurant but heard great reviews - excellent access to downtown - especially if you know your way around. Highly recommend. ...

We actually stayed there twice. One time the room was quite small, being next to the stairwell, it was well-designed but really cramped for two people. The other time the room was normal-sized for a suburban hotel, very nice. The fixtures are modern and attractive, bed very comfortable, with euro-style comforters. Restaurant was quite expensive, we ended up bringing food to the room and eating out. Overall, an excellent value! ...
