Wonderful rooms and a beautiful view from the 4th floor. Excellent beds. Everything very clean. Beautiful and spacious shower. Very happy with my experience here.
Shower tiles had some soap scum accumulated but nothing that a good scrub can't remove right away.

Try to ask for a room with a lake view. It is beautiful! We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is much nicer than I expected. The site sits on a lake and the view is breathtaking.
The only thing about my stay that I did not enjoy is happy hour/dinner in the lounge. The food and drinks were fine but the service was lacking.

My room was very clean and spacious. It felt very inviting - you didn't get the feeling that you were staying inside a hotel. The hardwood floors and décor helped me relax and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was huge! The front desk staff were friendly. I bought a banana as I was checking out and I knew it would be expensive but I was surprised it cost more than $2! Everything was A+ as expected.
The only thing that bothered me was that I did not get a reciept when I left. The staff told me that I would get a receipt from the 3rd party that I booked the hotel, which is true. I just felt it was awkward that when I left I did not have a receipt.

The Hotel Indigo was in a new area in Jacksonville called Tapestry Park. It is close to every kind of restaurant you could want as well as St. John's Town Center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

For a business traveler, this hotel is in a very central location with easy access to all main highway arteries. For the vacationer, you are at a place where you can be at the beaches, on the riverfront, or on the road to local attractions within minutes. It is on a major thoroughfare which, during the week, will have congestion. This is an excellent point to rest your head!

I've stayed at the Indigo in Asheville, NC, and as long as there is one in the city I'm traveling to that will always be my first choice...great rooms...not like your typical hotel room...and this hotel is also in a great location for dining and shopping.

The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. I left my debit card at the bar by mistake and the front desk immediately called to let me know. They even offered to bring it up to me. Fresh towels every morning.
There was a hair wrapped in one of my towels and there was a long piece of hair in my breakfast potatoes. I did not mention it because the staff was so wonderful and helpful. The rest of the hotel was spotless, warm and friendly.

Loved being there, town center less than two miles away with an outlet. Lots of restaurants to choose from with great food. Will stay there again.

The location was great! I loved that parking was FREE and that the hotel offered FREE wi-fi! The rooms have wooden floors and the restroom.
Everything was good...the gym was small but it was empty so it was nice! There was even a TV and they offered towels.

Excellent hotel, staff was nice and genuine! If in Jacksonville again will definitely stay here again!

their physical location will not show up on GPS.

our stay was only for one night so to really rate the surrounding area I could not do it justice,but the hotel and staff were outstanding.
