Hotel Indigo London-Paddington

For us the major plus for the hotel was its location. We were able to get a room for four nights on very short notice after having been turned away from our pre-booked hotel the day before (overbooked, lawsuit to follow). It was a relief to be welcomed by a friendly and enthusiastic staff at the Hotel Indigo. The room was nicely furnished, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was large and the plumbing was modern and effective (slight water drip in the sink). We had a view of Norfolk Square. Access to all modes of transportation was great although we mainly walked everywhere. The Hotel Indigo was clean, beautiful, perfectly located less than a block from Paddington station, and had a wonderful overhead shower. The staff was courteous, accommodating, and assisted in an early check-in. The attached café / restaurant was the perfect place to sit and enjoy a cappuccino while deciding our itinerary. The modern but cozy room was beautifully decorated, came with bathrobes and slippers, and the bed was very comfortable! We found it a very clean hotel with comfortable beds and a great staff that was always willing to help you. The dining facilities were convenient and the food good. The location was perfect for us because it was right near Paddington Tube Station.

Highly recommended and will use again.

Good hotel, but avoid the basement rooms if you want a view or fresh air. Very modern bath and comfortable bed.

The Indigo-Paddington is gorgeous - while the rooms are small, it is in a convenient location in Central London just steps from Paddington Station. Easily walkable to the parks and great restaurants in Notting Hill. We only had two nights here and would have loved to have stayed longer. Lovely room, great facilities, great personal touches. We felt really welcome!
