Great location, very clean, spacious rooms. Wonderful staff.
The hotel and service was terrific. The suite was exceptional. Very spacious and clean. Great location to take in the sights.

Can't think of anything.
Perfect place to stay for a weekend in Montreal. We had used the Novotel until now, but I wanted to try the Cristal out. Will not switch back now, it has spoiled me.

The staff was helpful. Rooftop jacuzzi was a great feature.
View of the bell centre parking lot. The movie program didn't work well.
