We loved the VIP Lounge & the the staff on the 4th floor.

The hotel was Great. It's next to the mall, across the street from bars & restaurants. The food is delicious at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional. The pool area is beautiful but there's no umbrellas or trees for shade and the pool is not heated.

Hotel was centrally located with a large shopping center (mall) next door, a starbucks nearby and several restaurants within walking distance. A park is also behind the hotel.
