Great location.
The rooms are comically small and you're urged to upgrade at every step (which I did twice--still am unacceptable room.

The rooms are TINY. Even after upgrading (TWICE!!) We found ourselves in a cracker-box of a room with the smallest bathroom I've seen outside of a cruise ship. Many of my cruise ship rooms and bathrooms were larger than this place. Be prepared for a small room and don't bother upgrading (for xxx) because the original room can't possibly be much smaller than the upgraded one. Also the room service is a joke. 3 item on the menu and VERY unpleasant staff when you call for it. All in all don't stay here. Priceline should be ashamed that this is in their 4-Star group. Great location in downtown Portland. We loved the modern decor and the comfortable rooms. We will definitely come back and stay.

The location is very central and the staff is certainly attentive.
The rooms are very small. The staff was almost too attentive. Five minutes after checking in we got a call asking if the room was too our liking. Staff should have faith that we would call if anything was wrong.

This is a beautiful little boutique hotel in downtown Portland in the midst of everything. The staff is incredibly attentive, almost to the point of annoyance. We got a call after check in to make sure everything was alright in our room, and we couldn't leave the building without someone asking if we needed anything. The rooms are very small but the amenities are very nice. The only major annoyance was the maid attempting to enter our room before we checked out. The hotel is in an excellent location, walkable to everything downtown and in the Pearl District. The room was clean and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The concierge had really good recommendations on where to dine and drink. I'll be back!
Room was a tad small, but we knew that before we arrived

Hotel Lucia has really nice art and photography on the walls. If you're tired of big box, typical hotel surroundings, this hotel is a breath of fresh air. The staff was so nice and were always inquiring about our comfort. The valet service was excellent and very friendly. I'd be hard pressed to say anything bad about this hotel. Upon arrival the reception desk had everything set, offered to help figure out where we were going for dinner. Received the name of people meeting us and showed them to our room, it was great.
The room was slightly small, perfect for us, but people who hang out in their hotel room may not have liked it.

It was great place to stay, in a central district can walk anywhere. Slightly pricey but had a wonderful weekend and why not spend a little extra?

The location and staff were very good on all accounts.
The bathroom was tiny, much smaller than expected from this star hotel and old fashioned. The bed was not made very well on the first night. had to re-tuck the bottom sheet
