Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hotel Marquis Reforma
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 1, 2013

A very nice hotel with a staff that will do anything to help you. The room was quite nice, though I did pay a fee to upgrade to it from what I got on Priceline. They showed me both the Priceline room and the one I could upgrade to, and the Priceline one was basic and small. The upgrade room was a two-room suite. It had a king bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Flat-screen TV. Minibar with refrigerator. No coffee maker. The bathroom had a shower and a separate bathtub with a shower and water jets. Overall, a great hotel. Good especially for the businesses along Reforma and closed to museums. Also only a couple of blocks from the subway, which is very cheap and convenient. The room did need an update -- the carpet showed its age. But it still was a nice room. ...

Hotel staff was fantastic. The suite was large and well appointed. Perfect for a romantic weekend in Mexico City. The lobby is old school, the service is five star.

The room was one of the nicest we have ever had at a resort hotel. Everything was new/ clean/ and very tastefully decorated. The service was the best. This hotel made the trip to Mexico City memorable. We will be going back and staying longer because of our experience at the Marquis!
