Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hotel Mazarin

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Room was newly renovated. Courtyard is quaint.
Outside desperately needed painting. They must be painting soon. Foyer looked tattered and sad.

This hotel has seen better days. Would not stay again.

Great location, very nice room with marble floors and crystal chandelier, great bathroom.
Bacon and Sausage in buffet breakfast were never very warm.

This is a great hotel. We had a room off the rear courtyard which was very quiet. They had 3 weddings in 36 hours which might have created some noise from 5-1030pm if you had a room off the main courtyard. It really is a beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.

Short walking distance to all of New Orleans popular attractions. Staff was excellent.
NA.

The Hotel Mazarin was a great place to stay in the French Quarter. Great proximity to many popular spots, great staff, complimentary breakfast and courtyard seating. The room was pricey, but that was expected for last minute booking and its place in the French Quarter.

The hotel staff members were extremely friendly and the rooms were beautiful and very clean, the location was great.

All the staff members were excellent, they were extremely friendly (from the valet, to the bellman, to the service desk associate and the manager, even the bartender). I
loved them all! The rooms were gorgeous, they looked even better in person (beautiful). The location was great, it was in the heart of the Downtown area, within walking distance of everything. I loved the hot complimentary breakfast that was provided, it was delicious. My overall experience was
wonderful!

St. Louis was closed for renovations and we were told the day before we left. We were accomodated at the Hotel Le Marais which was a very nice substitute.

Friendly, and attentive hotel staff.
Hotel is worn and dated.

The hotel is in an ideal location in the French Quarter. The staff is great. The hotel is under some renovations, which it is in need of.

The courtyard restaurant was lovely, well kept and food was good.
Room was very small for the price we paid.

Courtyard restaurant was lovely. Room was very small, but clean and nicely decorated. A large window above the door let light into the room all night making it difficult to sleep.
