Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.November 11, 2012

Transportation wise, this hotel has one of the best locations in Tokyo. From Ikebukuro where Narita Express stops, you can get to the hotel in five minutes on foot. It also has great skyline view through the window. decent restaurants and a bakery in the lobby are also found. It's good hotel to stay except lack of wifi hot spots.

They gave us an economy room (quarter size of American standard room) with plastic restroom. I got a portable restroom & tiny bed room which below "motel 6" standard.

Very decent hotel in excellent location for transit everywhere in Tokyo. Rooms are typically small and not American but this is Asian norm like Bukuro is a great little restaurant/retail district with everything easily walked to. Location is great with the main Manometers central loop train line right next to the hotel.

In general, this was a good hotel to stay at. Although the bedroom is very small comparing to hotel rooms in united states, this is a very common size in Japan. The only thing that we were disappointed at was that our Bose noise reduction earphone was stolen from the bedroom while we were out exploring.
