Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hotel Preston
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 21, 2013

Do not stay here if you are expecting a decent night rest. Staff rude. Loud hallways. Paper thin walls, could here neighbors talking, sneezing, etc. Matresses uncomfortable. Advertised meet and greet with hotel manager not offered. Staff not helpful at all with any questions or concerns. Front desk staff always seemed bother with the three questions I had during the three day stay. Room and all hotel decor very dated. Carpet in rooms dirty. Smoke alarm went off at 1:20 in the morning for no just cause and no explanation offered. Overall dissatisfied and would not recommend. Definetely, not 3.5 star worthy maybe 1.5 star. Will not use Priceline again. ...

Don't stay at this hotel at all! This hotel is not a 3.5* it's maybe a 2* hotel. It's terrible!

The room was dank and dark. There was hair from previous occupant on the shower curtain and the sink in the bathroom leaked onto the floor. Bath towels had hair on them. The carpet underneath the dresser (which stood off the ground by several inches and was easily viewable) was dusty and dirty and had not been vacuumed in several weeks.

Beautiful place to lay your head; right next to airport. Otherwise, not much in the way of amenities.
