Location, safety, AC worked, good shower, breakfast good, and staff very helpful.

Cartagena was very nice, had been in the Amazon area, (Luticea) previous, which was awful. Hotel staff was excellent, arranged for us to go to a pool (we had to pay) at a near by luxury hotel. Really enjoyed this part of Colombia
