Great hotel staff. Clean and located very centrally with good facilities.
The night staff was overworked and undoubtedly underpaid. They need to hire more help for the evening and night.

I went to Rome on business and this was a very decent base. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms, the central location, friendliness of staff, and even the facilities. I had a bad cold and enjoyed the spa area very much. I also loved the staff, especially the afternoon and evening staff.

The location was excellent, the stuff wat very friendly and the roof terrace with a breakfast room - superior!
The room was not ready when we arrived at 1pm, we left the luggage and went to see the city.

Everything was excellent including breakfast, friendly stuff, the bar downstaris and breakfast room on roof terrace, the cleaniness of the hotel and Roman style decoration - 10 pooints for all !

The bartender was awesome! He was our entertainment every night!
Shower door was not very effective, and there was no soap dish in the shower.

Overall, a great hotel and good value. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Nice property with bar and attractive lobby. Helpful staff. Gorgeous rooftop area for breakfast.

and beds.

Not close to anything. Paid to stay in Hotel Romanico, got stuck in Hotel Veneto next door. Beds were very bad. AC sucked. Wifi was E20 for 24hrs. Breakfast was OK.
