Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hotel Ruby
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 9, 2013

If you want a city experience without all the hoopla of the big hotels, this is the place. Nice decor, friendly staff - and free breakfast!

Nice, has some character but we chose it because, from the description it sounded as if it would be the perfect place to be with our dog who was having eye surgery the next day. The location of the hotel is down town and it provides no grass area. There are also no parks with an easy walking distance. We had to leave the hotel and drive to places to meet our dog's needs.

It was fine for our purpose though we were concerned it would be too much of a party atmosphere with noise. It was quiet most of the time. The bed quality was excellent and the decor was very nice.

For the money this is a great place to stay. The room was very nice and I had a great sleep on the bed. I also liked the free breakfast. The waffle machine was great! A
problem with the cold water, which ran hot for 5 minutes before cooling. The internet was very weak. Could be because we were in the end room. Having said that, the router should still have given us decent internet. It didn't. Parking was difficult. $5.00 extra and very small stalls. If I visited Spokane in the future I would stay at the Ruby and would recommend it to my friends.
When I told the person at the front desk about my cold water problem she gave me a 10% discount. Very nice! ...
