Nothing everything was excellent.

This outstanding hotel is extremely well kept, quiet and in an excellent location near the historic center. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating, kind and helpful. The breakfasts are memorable. It is in a quiet location in Florence along the Arno river. There is an outdoor terrace for afternoon tea and reading!
