Clean, quaint little hotel with easy access across from Venice Mestre train station.
Not particularly nice area; very small rooms with over worked staff, who varied substantially in terms of helpfulness.

Reasonably priced, clean hotel with good access to Venice by train.

Close to train depot and bus stop.
It is not in a very good area. Entrance had beggars and homeless.

The hotel room was clean, but not much else can be said. It was sparce and cold looking. Looked like it was missing some furniture.

Convenient location, and excellent breakfast.
Everything was great.

It was clean and well maintained, had a wonderful breakfast, the location was great being both close to the train station and a bus pick up right out side the hotel.

This hotel was beautiful. It was closer to a US hotel with an Italian flair. It had plenty of space for our bags, a nice bathroom and was kept clean. They also have an energy saving feature we loved.

Great location for traveling. Easy access to rail station and Venice bus lines.
Hotel was excellent for its 3-star rating class.

Friendly staff, clean, great location for commuting in and out of Venice and for accessing Euro Train Station.

It was close to the centre of Venice and very clean.
The staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. They also did not provide us with the complementary breakfast buffet.

Had the staff been more accommodating, I would stay at this hotel again.

Desk staff successfully had taxi at required time for drive to airport.
In-room safe required staff help who seemed to be looking at my code as I put it in.

Good location, 5 minute train ride to Venice station and across the street from Mestre train station which was quite convenient.
