Solo Traveler
4-star? I don't know. It was nice to have a suite with a living room including a sofa bed. Bed comfort? Ok, not great, not the worst, but expected more for 4-stars. Close to metro a + but I felt it was far from La Castellana, and 2 train transfers to get to the center of the city. I have been disappointed by what I got. I have always been happy with every booking I get because I get excellent quality for excellent value. However, in this particular case, I neither got quality nor value. In fact, the price I got was exactly the same as what I would have gotten from Travelocity or booking directly with the hotel. The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. They went out of their way to help me find things in the city of Madrid I wanted to see. They also helped me the morning of my departure to get a taxi at 7 a.m. to get to the train station. The room was very nice and very comfortable. The hotel is located right next to the metro where you can ride to anywhere in the city for very little money. ...read more

Modern facilities with living room in each room and marble bathrooms. Breakfast buffet good; location excellent for transport on metro. Very helpful and friendly staff.
