Nice location, potential for good views.
Have some really crappy rooms (wheelchair ready rooms) next to elevators with bad bathrooms.

Quiet AC/heater unit.
Thin walls and windows. Too much outside noise.
This hotel is just OK. The walls are very thin. You can hear loud, thumping noise, from other hotel guest, above you. The street noise, sirens, honking, etc, can easily be heard, inside the room. The only good thing about this hotel, is it is close to China town, and walking back/forth to Ferry market building, is doable. There are nicer hotels, then this one, in the area. ...read more

We could use the BART.
Not the best part of town at night.
It was a short walk from the BART. Hotel is nicely decorated. Staff was very helpful. Definitely met our expectations.
