Family with Young Children
The hotel staff was very helpful and apologetic when we had to switch rooms because the TV and Microwave were not working. I do feel however that those things so be checked on a regular basis so people won't have to change rooms. ...read more

The lobby was very nice. The staff in the dinning room very nice and helpful. The 1st room had issues. The remote and the phone did not work. The room was pretty small.

Traveling as Couple
Very disappointed that the jacuzzi was closed and the pool was not heated. The exercise room AC was broken and so hot it was unusable. Three strikes, we got no hotel activities in. Not acceptable.
