The hotel "Haus Gosetal" is located in a peaceful and quiet setting, outside the gates of Goslar's Old town. The historical market square with its famous chimes is just a few minutes away. The cosy rooms are homely furnished. The restaurant offers traditional German delicacies, such as fresh trout out of the hotel's own ponds or game from the forests of Harz. Our restaurant is well renowned for its traditional German quality home-style cooking. Our specialities are game and trout dishes, whereby the trout of our own breeding always come fresh out of the pond.The restaurant has a capacity of 200 people inside and 100 outside, in the beer garden. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays.
