Have stayed there before. Had to cancel visit this time (concert got cancelled.) Total bummer. Had booked room around 5pm, by 7pm found out show was cancelled, and couldn't get any refund on room. Will stay at hotel again, but wasn't thrilled about eating whole charge. ...read more

Not fancy, but convenient, clean. Helpful, courteous staff. Comfortable bed. Close to Universal City. 10 Minutes from Burbank with easy access to highway and main thoroughfares. Hotel is fine. Food was good. Only problem was the room smelled and my son found a wet spot on the floor next to one of the beds. They also had a humidifier in our room which they stated was common procedures but I think they were trying to cover up something that had been on the carpet. ...read more

The hotel and rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately, I do have to complain about the beds.
