Baymont Inn/Houston I-45 North

Staff was very friendly. Our security latch was boken.

I stayed for 2 nights and for the type of hotel the price was reasonable and the location is great. There are plenty of stores and restaurants around the hotel. I had no problems with anything.

Our room was nice and everything was in its place. It really seemed extra clean. The television selection left much to be desired. It was easy access coming and going.

Overall experience was pleasant. Especially for the price. We were generally pleased with stay but especially content with staff help friendliness.

The service was very good while I was there thank you.

Definitely good value for the money. Be prepared for a bit of road noise since the doors open right out onto the parking lot. Needed new beds - they were awful, but room was clean, had free WiFi and cable. Can't complain too much. Free breakfast was a great bonus especially with the kids. I did not like the location but the hotel was fine. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. My room was not close to the pool or lobby and I was usually there at night so did not want to walk around. There was a faint odor, not too bad but I am very sensitive to smells. Breakfast ended at 9 AM so I did miss this every morning since it was not a business trip. The air conditioner worked great for Texas! ...read more
