Traveling as Couple
When we arrived at the hotel we were told that the water was out and that they could cancel our reservation or we could stay with no water. We wish we would have been called and told about the water situation so we could have planned a little better. ...read more

It might be an OK motel, but the fact that the water was off for hours and they made NO attempt to contact people with reservations is inexcusable. We spent hours relocating.

Solo Traveler
The hotel is right on the highway. Two cars were broken into on the night of our stay. All the water was shut off at 7am on the morning of our departure. This was no one's fault and the hotel staff handled it the best they could. The room was clean and comfortable, they looked new. We were told that we would be compensated in some way for the inconvenience of no water, but I haven't hear anything from them. ...read more

Solo Traveler
The hotel is located very conveniently to the Galleria area, and it has very easy access to the interstates without being too noisy. My room was average, but I was very disappointed with the bathroom plumbing. I also had a staff member intrude into my room without knocking or announcing himself on my last morning at 8 AM.
