The Oyster Bar was great as was the food at this bar.

Breakfast Coco lounge was disorganized under staffed and food was cold upon arrival.

Upon arrival back home my visa was also charged for this room which meant twice I paid. I contacted the hotel and spoke with the manager and he said that was not his problem. I would have to take this up with my back who holds my visa. He was rude and although he agreed I paid by voucher and had to room expenses upon check out he did not see an error on their part. Clean and nice layout.

Service fee.

Kids shoes were stolen at kids Quest. Kids Quest staff was rude and unsympathetic. Gaming staff and facilities was very poor. Hotel room was clean and nice.

The room was better than expected. The location was easy to get to. Near shopping and sporting.
