Window curtain was broken , second lock was broken, room smelled very musty and like someone had smoked in it (supposed to be non-smoking room, went to the desk twice and could not find anyone there), was not well lit for parking, farther from shopping than we were told. There were three young people next door. Any time we left the room they were asking for cigarettes and for using our cell phones.

Bugs in the room (sink & bed). Drapes had to be repaired in order for them to close. The air conditioner was so noisy that it interrupted my sleep. Your room rates were the same as for some one who walked in off the street. ...read more
