It is situated near Boulevard Saint Germain des Prés, the Luxembourg Garden, and the Montparnasse Tower.All of its 33 air-conditioned, sound-proofed rooms have been renovated and refurbished and are equipped with telephone, LCD TV, TV Canal+, radio and private bathrooms.Hotel Edouard's location is perfect for visiting Paris. Near the hotel, guests will find the Bourdelle and Rodin museums, many shops and restaurants and plenty of public transportation locations. The Montparnasse train station is just 100 metres from the hotel.

The continental breakfast is available at an additional cost. It includes fruit juice, cereals, yogurt, ham, cheese, fruit salad, croissants, chocolate bread, baguettes and hot drinks.

Important Information
Public parking is located near the hotel at 155 rue de Rennes. Public parking is also available underneath the Montparnasse Tower.Guests should contact the hotel in case of late arrival.Please note that a nearby building is currently being renovated and guests may experience some noise disturbance.In December 2009, the corridor walls in the hotel will be painted. The team apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

The staff was helpful and so nice, and the rooms were roomy and comfortable. Great location close to the metro station.

The breakfast is small for the price they ask so we went to breakfast at one of the surrounding cafes and had more for our money. The staff is nice and helpful and they really made our stay pleasant.
