This is probably the nicest hotel we've stayed in! It is very clean, plenty of parking, safe, 2 miles from all the other hotels and the busy areas (a good thing). Again, very clean, very nice desk clerks. Didn't see many other guests so it was almost like we had the whole place to ourselves. Beautiful breakfast area and a nice breakfast. Lobby was open and inviting, very welcoming place. We loved the pool and hot tub! This hotel looked newer, smelled like new wood and carpet. Very nice place, we wont stay anywhere else if we go back to Findlay! ...read more

well decorated room.
The management is terrible. The hot water heater broke, nobody could take a shower in the morning, and many unhappy people were told there was nothing they could do about it to provide financial compensation. Guest happiness should come before financial gain in the hospitability business. I will not stay at the comfort suites in this location again.
