The walls were very thin.

The walls were very thin, I just came home from over seas with the army and me and my wife planned a special night and security kept knocking on the door saying we were too loud.

I wish there had been no charge for internet.

The location of this hotel was excellent and it was near the city, but you never would know that from the view. It was very private yet close to Oakbrook shopping center. We loved its location and would love to stay again sometime. ...read more

Parking was a hike, but they had valet, but the weather was nice, so not needed.

I usually don't fill these out unless the hotel/room was exceptionally nice or bad. This was a great hotel. Great architecture, beautiful grounds. Great hotel.

Room was very nice and housekeeping did a great job.

Parking lot was too far away.

This hotel located on the McDonald's Training campus, was very clean with excellent room accommodations. I did not use the restaurants but they were available. The only negative was the location of the parking lot was far away however they did offer valet parking. ...read more

Exceptional staff, gorgeously redone pool area, comfortable room.

Free parking far away in the rain. Had to use valet parking.

We loved the Prairie architecture evident throughout the lodge, with the whimsical touches of McDonald's pop culture. The staff was more than gracious, and the newly-remodeled pool area and exercise facilities were great. Room service food arrived overly-cooked, but hotel was responsive to our complaint. Would stay at this hotel again. Free parking is quite a distance away, and hard to find in the dark. Since it was cold and rainy during our stay, though, we enjoyed the valet parking. ...read more

Hard to find.

Beautiful grounds. Walking trails must be extremely pleasant in warmer seasons. Obvious pride in maintaining facilities.
