Noise in the hall way.

Maid kept asking us what time we would be checking out. That was annoying and unpleasant and the bathroom was too small.

The staff was excellent.

Nothing.

I feel that this hotel was very clean and that the staff was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The front desk was very helpful and was very gracious about everything.

The hotel was nice, however, it was a holiday when we check in and the staff was limited and there was no one to help with luggage. The hotel did not notify us of roof work that was taking place and the entire hotel the next two days smelt like tar. ...read more

Bar and restaurant exposed to lobby, hence a lot of noisy traffic made for a not-so-romantic evening, we went elsewhere to eat.

Beautiful inside and very comfortable.

They kept trying to charge for the internet which I didn't use.

The overall stay was wonderful. Comfortable beds, gracious setting. Be careful. When I checked out, she said the only extra charge was for the internet which I didn't use. I told the desk clerk and she said okay. But the charge was there and I had to call the next day to get the charge removed. It was and then another charge was placed on my card the next day for $59.95 and I am still waiting to have it removed. Be careful about your charge card statement. ...read more
