Clarion Hotel Scottsdale

Rooms and beds are very small, Not at all a three star hotel maybe a one ice machine not working. Front desk personal not helpful when we ask for directions.

Tiny ants in room. Receptionist said they had 2 queen beds in room. They didn't. Beds in room didn't accommodate 2 people very good. 2 to a room would be OK. 3 or more...... No go. Doors slam and shake walls bad. Restaurant isn't open but in the AM. No bar. ...read more

Good location, mostly quiet from traffic, attentive staff, overall clean.

Convenience to dining and shopping. Rooms are clean and quiet. My only quibble is that the rooms should be inspected so that maintenance can be done before guests get involved. Toilet problems could have been taken care of before I got there, TV did not work at all and needed to be reprogrammed. Wi-Fi was painfully slow and at times unusable. This is a business hotel so Wi-Fi is important and should have minimum service levels. Other hotels do this well because they know that this is a deal killer for business travelers. Great value! Clean, and the best hotel bed I've had in quite a while.

Friendly and helpful staff. Attractive location and layout. Realistic pricing. excellent parting and accessibility.
