Perfect for a weary traveler. The bed was super.
Some things were damaged or not working. Narrow shower for a 6'2" 225lb guy.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. If you are just passing through Schiphol it's perfect.

OK although swimming pool was
out of order.
WiFi was
not free. Staff slow to respond to issues at times.

My only misgivings is that WiFi was not free but it was free at the lobby so I came down. This was good value for money. Will come here again.

There was nothing I did not like.

The front desk is fast and efficient in getting you checked in and out; walk from airport gate to the hotel in just 8 minutes. Cute Runway bar in lobby--serves quick snacks and coffees; great concierge floor update available; bed linens superb. Right at the airport, no shuttle needed, it's in the terminal; plane to be in 15 minutes.
Made reservation and was told I could not check in till 3 pm. Arrived at 11am. Others were being given rooms while I was not.

The hotel is very conveniently placed inside the airport, just a short walk from the baggage claim. No shuttle needed, wheel your luggage on a cart right to the desk. Room was nicely appointed, clean and fairly large size. Unfortunately I arrived at 11 am and was told the room would not be ready until 3 or 4 pm jetlagged and tired I wanted to crash for a bit. No luck. Even though there were others who were being given rooms. They did hold onto my luggage while I hung out groggily in the lounge for 4 hours. ...read more
