The staff at the hotel was very helpful and the rooms where clean. I also liked the safe in the room because I didn't take my purse and I had a place to put it and not be worried about it getting stolen. Even though the room I had reserved was not available (1Bdrm plus Living Room with sleeper sofa), the room I was given was better with 2 queen beds.

The pool was dirty, dead landscaping, cheap dirty furniture, hot water.

Continential breakfast was good, replentished when needed, good variety. When I asked the laundry personnel for extra bedding for the sleeper chair, they acted like I was trying to steal linens!

The bed was very comfortable.

I asked for a non-smoking room and I was assured that I would get one. We got a smoking room. I wasn't happy about that at all.

My husband and I drove to Texas from Missouri so, we were totally exhausted. I was told the earilest I could check was around 1 or 2 o'clock. So, later we called to see if our room was ready, it was'nt. We checked back to see about room. The person at the front at the desk said 3 o'clock is check-in.
