Solo Traveler
Worst ever! I could hear the loud music in the room until 4 am. I asked the hotel to switch the room but she said that she couldn't because of no availability.

We checked in around 4pm. We asked for a double room (we were traveling with our teenage daughter) but were told there were none available, and they did not have any rooms with pullout sofa's. We were first placed in a handicapped room without a tub and just a dingy walk-in shower. After we saw the room we went back and complained and after much fuss were moved to a room with a pull out sofa. It took three trips to get linens for the sofa bed and they did not ever have any pillows available. I would not recommend this hotel. ...read more

kept music blaring past 4 am!
The hotel was great. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious. The hotel was a safe place to stay with children also.

Solo Traveler
I would not recommend this hotel. I traveled in a group of three. Long story short, all three of us took showers at completely different times of the day and night, and none of us had hot water. The staff each time said there was nothing they could do, it was probably just too many people showering at one time throughout the hotel. When we checked out, they didn't even ask us how our stay was, so I didn't say anything. Not a pleasant experience. We got cold showers, and a cold shoulder from the staff. ...read more
