Quaint hotel rooms, gave the feel of authentic New Orleans.

Overall, the hotel was very hospitable.

Not far from the French quarter, great staff, really nice newly remodeled rooms with gorgeous new Orleans charm. Very unique and romantic.

The hotel was nice with a comfortable room and friendly staff. I had a pleasant stay. My only complaint was that it was far from most of the major city attractions and although the St. Charles St. streetcar stop is one block from the hotel, it's schedule is unpredictable. ...read more

Most of it is pretty good. However, we didn't like the bathroom which was really small. The shower is not big enough for you to turn around freely.

If you like the unique, are not afraid of something that isn't truly modern and enjoy buildings with character, you'll love this hotel. I'll try to stay there again every time I return to New Orleans.

If you are going to New Orleans and want a hotel that is small, convenient to several parts of the city and to public transport (cable cars), close to restaurants and banks, and that has some architectural charm at a reasonable price, Prytania Park is an excellent choice.
