The room is too dark and the carpet looks old and dirty.

The air-condition unit in my room is not working and making a lot of noises, they should have checked that before assigned the room to the customers. After all I have to ask them to fix it and create some inconveniences for us, plus we cannot sleep during the first night. Asked for 1/2 hour later checkout - was refused; bathroom unclean.

I arrived very late in the evening and asked for a late checkout - 2 pm. Got up very late, asked for another 1/2 hour - was refused, had to gather things in a hurry. Yes - you have policies - but one can try to be flexible - not every traveler asks for this. ...read more

Microwave and refrigerator in room.

Old, swim pool floor sharp, cut and scratch feet.

No elevator. Very inconvenient with luggage. Pool needs to upgrade floor to smoother surface. Cut and scratch feet easily. Rooms smell of smoke.

The worst hotel I had ever been in Toronto! My spouse and I were having very bad night. This is not a hotel; it's a cave! They gave me a room in the basement, with very high humidity in the room.
