"Unfussy decor", "fabulous bedding", "recently updated" rooms and the "almost Zen", "spa-like vibe" impress guests of this "real city hotel" in the "heart of Downtown"; "glass elevators offer breathtaking views" of the surrounding Theatre District and nearby CN Tower, and the staff is generally "courteous and helpful"; beware the "outrageous" breakfast prices and note that you must "park the car yourself" – there's no valet.

Great location, friendly desk staff. Wonderful view from room.
The room was quite ordinary looking, though comfortable.
A comfortable, well-located hotel with all the conveniences. Ask for a room with a city view it's outstanding.

Bed was very comfortable.
Bathroom needed updating.
Very clean, friendly staff, well decorated and our bathroom could have used updating but perhaps they are working on gradually doing that.

The beds were so comfortable and I enjoyed the make up mirror in the bathroom - that was a nice touch.
Unfortunately the parking was a big pain.
