First check in very nice friendly and professional.

Their was bad planing when they booked a large young (10-12 year old) hockey tournament improperly throughout the hotel. I complained more than 5 times about the playing in the halls (they were playing hockey in the halls the puck was bouncing off the doors down the hall) I asked to be mover 3 times they just sent security up ant 10-15 minutes later the game was back on. These teams should have been in 1 area and not with other guests I had a miserable stay and no rest. This place should use common sense this could have been avoided with proper planing. ...read more

There was a small problem with the room. Staff attended to it as soon as possible and gave us breakfast as a bonus.

The hotel was gorgeous and a perfect location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food was great. Would definately stay there again.
