Holiday Inn Express New York City Times Square

Overall we had a good stay so I would definitely stay at this hotel again. While the room was small and some of the public areas were maybe not as big as I would have liked, this was more than compensated for by the great location. This hotel met all of my needs moderate price, close to where I needed to be, clean and comfy.

Clean, small rooms and lobby, friendly staff. Good for business travel. Not in the best area of Manhattan. On the border of Time Square and Clinton.

For the money and location, this was reasonable, but the lack of computer access was a big goof and no one seemed to know anything except that it didn't work. The roof leaking in the breakfast area was enough to keep me from coming back. ...read more

I would definitely go here again. The room was small, but crisp and clean and new. Everything you want for just visiting the city and needing a place to sleep and feel safe and a little spoiled. In a great location with a good price through Priceline, this hotel was clean, friendly staff, quiet enough, good TV, great complimentary WiFi, nice towels, comfy bedding and bed. Disappointing breakfast – plastic cheese used for real egg omelet – only real food choice was hard boiled eggs – no whole grain choices or real oatmeal – lots of vacant calorie white flour goodies. If you're looking for an inexpensive, comfortable hotel near the shopping district and theaters this hotel fits the bill. The rooms are small so beware if travelling as a couple or family.

The room had a very home and warm feeling. Very clean and conveniently located. It felt like home. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this was one of my favorites.
