"Right in the middle of everything", "across the street from Madison Square Garden and Penn Station", this hotel offers up "spacious" rooms with kitchenettes "for heating up leftovers", "three pillow options" and "Aveda bath products" in its, admittedly "too small", bathrooms; there's a "security guard at the entrance after 10 PM" and the "staff is extremely pleasant", but it's "not luxurious" by any means.

Old, dirty, moldy, tiny rooms & rude people.

This place was filthy, old, tiny & very tired. The bathroom was a shoe box with wallpaper peeling out and mold everywhere. The duct was filthy in the kitchenette with black dust all over the top of the cabinets from years of accumulation and no cleaning at all. For a Manhattan hotel, I was impressed with the size of the room and that it had a kitchenette.

Small bathroom.

I was happy with this hotel. I was there with my mother (70) and daughter (12). It more than met our needs. We only had one bed, but they brought up a roll away which worked out nicely. This would not have worked if we had come as a family and would have needed 2 beds. ...read more

This hotel is badly in need of renovations, and the carpets need cleaning badly.
