Liv'In Serviced Apartments, with its perfect location directly next to Vienna's most famous shopping street, opened its doors in the heart of the city in April 2007.

All guests can use the restaurant and bar in the hotel next to the apartment house Liv'In.Flemings Brasserie & Wine Bar combines a French brassiere and a deli. The wine list offers an impressive variety of superb national and International wines.The restaurant is open for breakfast from 07:00 to 10:00 (Saturday and Sundays to 12:00), for lunch from 11:30 to 14:30 and for dinner from 18:30 to 23:00.The Wine Bar is open from 10:00 to 01:00.Room service is available from 08:00 to 23:00.The restaurant and the bar are on the ground floor and are accessible for disabled guests.

Room Information
The open-plan architecture of the apartments creates bright, spacious rooms, with modern furniture that conveys a comfortable and cosy feeling.The contemporary furnished living area has ample workspace as well as a functional kitchen-diner.The rooms are between 40 and 75 m² in size and are designed with fine materials and modern furniture. They are equipped with all modern conveniences.

Area Information
The apartment hotel is situated close to main train station Wien Westbahnhof and also to the city centre and to the Mariahilfer Strasse (the biggest shopping street of Vienna). At the stop Wien Westbahnhof you can take the tram number 6 and 18 and the underground U3 and U6.

Important Information
Check-in takes place at the reception of Fleming's Hotel Wien Westbahnhof (Neubaugürtel 26 - 28, 1070 Vienna).There are also weekly breakfast packages available.There is a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 50 for the 40 m² apartment and EUR 60 for the 75 m² apartment.
