Bathroom was nice, fridge was stocked.

Poor customer service.

The hotel was convenient to the airport and the room was clean and nice. Upon checking in the clerk could not find our reservation. I even wrote our name on a piece of paper but she stated we didn't have a room. We were told to go to the paid Internet to check. When I printed my confirmation there was no apology. We asked for our money back from the paid Internet but were told there would not be a manager to speak with us until after our plane left the next morning. ...read more
