Failed in service for a Best Westren I expect more.

Stay changed when I woke at 2am to ANTS in the bathroom (not a few they were coming from a hole near the bathtub) - hotel staff sprayed chemical making the bathroom unusable (had two very small children) - Manager failed to correct and in fact ignored the ants - upon our return ANTS and chemical spray were still in bathroom! Night staffed gave us another room but experience was poor. ...read more

Can hear some traffic. Nothing truly spectacular about decorations.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times. It is near a main road (7th North street) but is located off a side road. Depending on where your room is you can hear some of the traffic from I90 which is right next door; however if your heater/AC is on it's not a problem. The staff has always been very nice when I've been here. The breakfast is a simple one, but it's also free so I wasn't expecting a huge buffet. maid did not clean room until late in afternoon; did not make bed.
