Toilet did not work.

Pleasant room, friendly staff. We wanted a place near the airport with free shuttle service. We got the only room left in the area busy night. However, when we got to the room, we found the toilet didn't work. We had to manually refill the tank using a bucket. Also, the shuttle did not arrive the next morning but the staff was great in calling cabs for everyone and giving us a free taxi ride. ...read more
