I was quite satisfied with my stay. We arrived before check-in time and our accommodations were ready. The staff was polite and courteous.

Our overall stay was excellent. We actually wound up staying an extra day and they had no problem extending our stay. It was a clean, quiet and conveniently located hotel.

I booked this hotel for four nights. I ended up only staying two. The price was not what I was quoted and I was charged over in taxes per night. There is no free wireless; you have to pay by the usage. The bathroom is so small that the sink is on the outside of it and there is very little space to turn around from the toilet to the shower, or even get dressed. The staff acts disgruntled and vicious; as if they couldn't care less whether you stay or find another hotel. The ice machine closest to my room was broken, so I had to walk to the next one, which was a little way from my room. Everything is outside and it's not a very secure place at night or early morning. The only restaurants it's close to are Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and Dunkin Donuts. There is no botanical garden and the carousel is at least 15 minutes if not more out of the way. All in all, I would have rather stayed at the Econolodge instead of being ripped off by this cheap, poorly done place. ...read more
