Great location, convenient parking, just off the beaten path but close to the fun.
Ridiculously overpriced bar.

Basic but very comfortable accommodations, and a good value for the area. Very convenient parking if you have a vehicle. The hotel was very quiet, and a great place to recharge after a long day of walking and touring. ...read more

57th street location relatively good.
Dingy public areas, room was smoking room, hallway smelled like smoke on floor.

Hotel public areas drab and dingy. 1st room taken to in tower A was drab and dingy. 2nd room in tower B was better. Rooms relatively large by NY standards. Bathroom shower diverter did not work properly and made it difficult to adjust from tub to shower. Significant hall noise due to large gaps under door. Thermostat did not work and room became overheated (same with colleagues room), needed to turn off unit. Appears to be used for group tours. ...read more

It could use a continental breakfast and the plumming had some issues. It took a long time to get hot water and the toilet was not working quite right.

No free coffee or any other amenities.

Had a feeling of just a place to rest at night, very impersonal and offered not one complimentary thing. Coffee maker in room was broken and they offered nothing in the lobby to make up for that, and the quality of the coffee in the cafe was terrible. Great location.

Stayed in NYC to see the Thanks Giving Parade. Great location hotel was two blocks away. Dining and shopping right there. Nice room had a great time.

Nothing to comment on.

Accommodations were adequate, the room was large, the bath could use some updating, tub was worn and very tiny bath.
