They upgraded us to a penthouse at no extra charge.
Small lobby.
Excellent buy in a good neighborhood near Grand Central Station. All aspects of the room were fine and comfortable.

The size of the suite, with a separate bedroom, was great.
Old mattresses, maids were hanging out in our room on break and using our bathroom!

The hotel was in one of the best neighborhoods in NYC, we felt like a local.
The cleanliness of the room needs improvement, I had to ask for the sheets to be changed.
Location was perfect, and value for price paid in NYC was really good. it is considered a budget hotel and we had a good size room and a kitchen with a fridge, stove , sink
