Pleasure-seekers are pleased by this "amazing" chain link where the "thoughtful staff" offers an "upscale experience" only "five minutes from Universal Studios"; with "clean, spacious" rooms ("the beds!") sporting "nice extras", a "great pool" and a gym, it's only those who are bothered by "not enough parking" who don't "wish" they'd "stayed more than just one night."

Had to pay for wireless internet. Poor directions from staff.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. They were forthcoming with information about the area and area restaurants.
The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

Very clean rooms and easy access to Universal Studios.
A bus load of college kids unloaded right after we got our room key. Only 2 elevators available. Trapped in Lobby for 15 minutes.
Very clean comfortable room. Great bargain at this price. Would have liked to have had a newspaper delivered. Easy check-in and check-out. Only complaint would be the inability to get an elevator to our room until the busload of college kids had rudely forced their way past us. ...read more

There was nothing I didn't like.
