We arrived the day before my birthday, and my wife told the front desk supervisor about it, wow, after checking my ID (D.O.B.) we got an upgrade to a suite (really sweet!), 2 full breakfasts courtesy of the hotel, a courtesy drink at the bar! The carpet and decor was extremely outdated, my bathroom vanity sink and shower did not drain well at all, there was a bad aroma throughout the hotel, the modem in my room was outdated and defective, according to hotel help-desk IT support. Overall, the common areas were dirty and unkept. TV was not good.
The hotel was in a really good location, we got a shuttle to the airport, the staff was very nice and the bed was great.
