Willingness to work with me on my room accommodations.
My room was by the stairs, staircase was loose and made noise.
The hotel was fine. Although there was an intramural rugby tournament in town and it seemed that a lot of the teams were at the hotel. To no fault of the hotel staff, the continental breakfast was raided. But the lady who came on duty rectified the situation quickly to the best of her ability.
