Most staff members were helpful and knew area. Great Suggestions for diner.

Room could have been cleaner. Too many details overlooked by cleaner.

Good location to Kingston. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable staff. Poor housekeeping.

Everything, very, very clean, sunny, bright, friendly, great continental breakfast.

Very accomodating, friendly staff. I especially liked the bright sunny room. It is a very convenient and safe location for the area. I will definately stay here again when I have to be in the area.

Thin walls, could hear neighbors too easily. mattress was less than ideal.

Cleanliness.

Staff not friendly at all.

Breakfast very limited. They were not able to provide us with some napkin. Hotel is very clean and modern. We had the impression that our arrival disturbed the staff.
