Getting thumbs-up at this conventioneer-centric high-rise are its "excellent business center", a "pleasant", "well-equipped exercise room", an "indoor swimming pool", free on-site parking and, "best of all", "a prime Downtown location" next to the Hult Center for the Performing Arts and "close to many restaurants and shopping"; the rooms have "luxurious duvet-style blankets" and "ample, inviting" pillows, but that's not quite enough to ignore the bathrooms' "tiny" dimensions and maintenance issues.

The beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet.
The food wasn't as good as I thought it would be.
This is a very nice hotel with very helpful people. The rooms are nice the beds very comfortable and it was extremely quiet for a excellent nights sleep.
